Just experienced an event or cant get past something that seems like it happened yesterday? Let us help triage your trauma so that you have a path forward. Over the course of six weeks, we will work to understand grief, how we process trauma, how it effects each of us differently, and how to understand that the event does not have to continue to interrupt our daily lives. Additionally, each session will end with an Aroma Freedom Technique or Traumatic Memory Resolution Technique.

Patterns and practice

Resiliency is not some mystical power that is either bestowed upon individuals at birth through experiences and genetically gifted to others. Resiliency is the product of how we respond to the events in our lives. If we respond poorly, then we lack resiliency. Let us, over the course of six weeks, work on establishing a healthy relationship with stressful events in order to gain a better understand of how to live resiliently. This six week program will consist of detailed information concerning how to change our thought patterns when dealing with stress. Additionally, each session will end with an Aroma Freedom Technique or Traumatic Memory Resolution Technique.

Let's work on moving past those hinderances by exploring your strengths, building new skills, and laying a foundation for your own personal growth. Over the course of four weeks we will discuss what your strengths are, how to develop a plan to utilize those strengths, and construct a path toward further personal growth.
